We are proud to announce that the ACLA Hong Kong Landscape team has received a Partner of Excellence Award from Gemdale (Shenzhen), one of the largest China Development Groups, for our design and service performance on the Zhuhai Eaton Hill and Shenzhen Shang Tang Road projects. These two projects are popular and well received by the market, and quickly sold out despite tight controls imposed by the Central Government on the property market in 2010.  ACLA is proud to be the only International Landscape Architecture Consultant to received this award.

Gemdale has been ACLA’s key client since 2002.  We have completed 7 residential projects with this distinctive client over the past 8 years and currently have several others in design and construction stages.  Gemdale Corporation is a China-based company actively engaged in real estate development, particularly for residential and commercial projects.. They are actively expanding their portfolio and moving also into more high-end residential development.  For the year ending 2009, the Company provided over 1.96 million square meters of real estate in areas such as Guangdong, Wuhan, Beijing, Xi’an, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shenyang.
