Associate Director - Urban Design / Planning (Stationed in Shanghai and Beijing)
Minimum 15 years experience in consulting, or allied business with the proven experience in management of Urban Design and Planning projects in Asia. Membership in a recognized relevant professional institution an advantage.
Business Development Manager
The position is for a dedicated Business Development Manager that will be focused on helping to identify, and approach existing and potential clients with a need for architecture and planning services. The right person will be highly motivated and have been working in the Architecture Business Development area for several years with established professional network. The position will work closedly with senior management staff as well as coordinating and collaborating with the regional business development team to build client relations with existing and potential clients. Minimum 5 years in a similar position for China market. Bachelors or Masters Degree in business, marketing, architecture, or technical field related to architecture. Excellent English / Chinese speaking / writing skills.
Senior Landscape Designers
Minimum 5 years experience with recognized degree in Architecture / Urban Design and Landscape Architecture, able to handle projects independently.
Senior Urban Designers / Project Manager
Minimum of 5 years international experience. Proven track record managing consultants, and design team on large-scale developments cross Asia Pacific. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to actively engage clients and staffs. Good Communication skill and business development experiences. Extensive network in architecture and creative industry in China. Proficient technical abilities in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Creative Suite, 3D GIS, or Energy Modelling.
3D / Visualization Specialist
3+ years experience in a design firm environment. Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design preferred. Expert knowledge of modelling, rendering, and animation. Expert knowledge of Adobe CS. Experience with Rhino. Developed workflow from modelling to rendering to final output. High level experience translating architects sketches and CAD documents into realized 3D models and images. Experience with animation post-processing software such as AfterEffects.
Senior Account / Administration Officer
University Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification in ACCA, ICMA, HKICPA. 15 years relevant working experience with minimum 7 years at senior level management.
